Multicolumn Water Distillation Plant
Description
RaviKiran is a renowned Manufacturer and Supplier of Multicolumn Distillation Plant that is designed to produce sterile, pyrogen free distilled water conforming to I.P./B.P./USP & LAL test specifications with conductivity of 0.2 - 0.3 microsemens/cm² suitable for the use in preparation of injections and I.V. Fluids. It is provided with an electronic/PLC based fully automatic panel board and is available in various output capacities from 50 ltrs/hr to 3000 ltrs/hr.

Operation
D.M.Feed Water is fed to the 1st & 2nd Pre-Heater where it gets heated nearly to the boiling point. The feed water then passes to the main chamber where it is heated by means of external boiler steam. Due to heat exchange, surface evaporation of the feed water takes place to produce pyrogen free sterile steam.

Description
The vessel is suitable for the preparation of injections, sterile preparations, small volume preparations, inhaler preparations, etc.
The Vessel is vertical, cylindrical with a dished bottom and top. The top is provided with flanged ends bolted to the flange of the shell and is provided with silicone gasket.
The vessel is provided with a stirrer coupled to a suitable motor, provided with a Variable Frequency Controller (VFD), mounted on the top dish.
The stirrer is provided with a single cartridge dry mechanical seal of carbon v/s Sic face Combination.
The vessel is mounted on suitable Pipe legs provided with Castors with SS brackets and PU Wheels. The complete vessel is mirror polished from inside and outside

Quality Membrane Filter Holder
Description
It is made out of ss 316 L quality for filteration of sterile solutions. Complete with two silicon ‘O’ rings and support screen with non-sticking mirror polished bolts and wing nuts An air valve is also provided to remove inside air initially. Complete unit rests on suitable legs.
It is available in 142mm & 293mm dia sizes
Pressure Vessel
Description The vessel is made out from S.S. 316 L quality sheets and is suitable for holding of sterile solutions, including injections, small volume parenterals, large volume parenterals, etc.
It is cylindrical in shape with a dished bottom and a conical top. The top is fitted with inlet pipe and outlet dip pipe which extends to the bottom of the tank. It is also provided with an air vent and safety valve. The pressure vessel is optionally available with sight and light glass on the conical portion.
The complete vessel is mirror polished from inside and outside as per the current CGMP requirements.
